**The Company**:
An award winning and highly established volume home building company, due to continued growth are looking to hire an experienced AutoCAD draftsperson to join their growing drafting team. Housing construction projects consist from a vast range of designs across single and double storey homes.
**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:
- Reporting to the Drafting Manager
- Produce accurate working drawings for volume housing projects
- Ensure all work is completed within set time frames
- Ensuring conformance with necessary guidelines and Council requirements
- Highly levels of accuracy
- Ability to work with a highly supportive and collaborative team environment
**Role Requirements**:
- MUST HAVE a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a drafter with a volume home building company.
- Intermediate to Advanced level drafting experience using AutoCAD
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Proven track record within the volume home building industry
- Strong team player
- Able to meet deadlines
