JOB DESCRIPTION OverviewTeam: APAC Electronic Options Trading Technology Overview Susquehanna International Group (SIG) is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Electronic Options Trading Technology team.
In this role, you will work with Quantitative Research and Trading to rapidly iterate and deliver trading signals, tools and strategies used by the Options trading desk across APAC markets.
This technology role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of quant studies and trading, requiring close collaboration between these domains.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing client/server applications using Python as a primary development language.
Taking projects through the entire software development cycle from requirements gathering to production release.
Collaborating closely with core development/engineering teams as well as quants and traders on various aspects of quantitative analysis, trading strategy and signal development.

What we're looking for3-5+ years of experience in software development in an object-oriented (OO) language such as Python, C#, Java or C++ 2+ years in backend systems level development in Python.
Experience with C++ is a plus Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with both technical and non-technical teams Eagerness to learn about both the business and technology aspects of trading Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related disciplineKnowledge of financial markets and derivatives products.
