Essential Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years experience in a premium dining venue
* Personable service approach with a keen eye for detail
* Full Australian working rights
* Full availability, including evenings and weekends
* Current QLD RSA certificate
* Applicants with previous Barista and Bar experience will be highly considered
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage your own section during service with precision and warmth
* Provide knowledgeable recommendations on both food and wine
* Accurately process orders and communicate dietary requirements to the kitchen
* Support fellow waitstaff and maintain high standards of service throughout
* Handle billing, payment processing and resolve any guest concerns with care

The successful applicant will be employed in a casual position from Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday RDOs), offering consistent 30-35 hours per week.
