Purte Warrke-Irreme is a community-led employment and leadership pathways trial in Ltyentye Apurte. The program aims to bridge the gap between school and work, give young adults a strong future in Ltyentye Apurte, and build their confidence, skills and capabilities to make decisions for themselves and navigate "both worlds". Insights and findings from the trial will be used to influence the national remote employment reform agenda.
Purte Warrke-Irreme is a five year research trial, conducted in collaboration between Central Land Council & Atyenhenge Atherre Aboriginal Corporation, funded with Philanthropic Funding.
The Purte Warrke-Irreme Coordinator will work closely with the AAAC management team and the Central Land Council to oversee the set -up and delivery of this exciting new program. You will be responsible for its good management, leading a team to deliver activities and to facilitate a reflective approach that documents insights and findings from the trial.
