What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy, driving brand growth and lead generation
* Oversee all digital, content, and social channels to elevate brand presence
* Manage and optimize business operations, systems, and workflows for efficiency
* Support and enable the sales team with high-quality marketing and performance insights
* Coordinate across teams, agencies, and offshore support to drive business performance and growth
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in real estate marketing, operations, or a similar leadership role
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, and branding
* A strategic thinker who can execute and deliver results
* Highly organized with strong time management skills
* A proactive, hands‐on leader who takes ownership
