About the Role
As aCustomer Service Consultant, you will be the voice of our brand working across multiple channels.
This position will be based at our head office inWarwick Farm.
You'll spend your day confidently tackling a wide variety of customer enquiries using empathy, understanding and problem-solving.
To be successful in this role you need to have previous customer service skills coupled with excellent technical skills, a positive outlook, a friendly approach, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
The role will involve the following
Handling inbound telephone calls and on-line service appointment enquiries
Creating service appointments for customers in our database
Monitor and action all activity in our department's mailbox
Managing outbound calls and SMS to customers
Liaising with our service and sales teams to assist our customers
The successful candidate will need the following
Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner
Proven Customer Service experience
Ability to multi-task and have a high attention to detail
Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when speaking with customers
Possess a positive attitude
High level of organisation skills
Ability to work closely in a busy team environment
