Job Role: Maternal and Child Health Support
We are seeking a skilled administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Maternal and Child Health team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-level administrative support to the maternal health services.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards when handling sensitive information and internal communications.
* Become proficient in using electronic record management systems, including software applications, calendars, and reporting tools.
* Manage incoming birth notifications, enter data into our system, and coordinate follow-up appointments.
* Handle customer inquiries with exceptional communication skills, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up as required.
* Source, prepare, and disseminate health information, educational materials, and resources for our centres; develop fact sheets, home visiting forms, and health packs for parents.
* Prioritize tasks to ensure seamless delivery of administrative services, including preparation of venues for meetings and maintenance of our website content.
* Provide technical assistance to nurses in using digital tools and software applications.
* Prepare agendas, take minutes at meetings, and undertake general administrative duties as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills, experience working in an office environment, and demonstrate strong time management and adaptability in meeting work demands.
