What does a Product Manager do at Frollo?
As a Product Manager at Frollo, you will own the product vision and roadmap for assigned products or features, working closely with engineering, design, sales and customer success to deliver valuable, reliable and compliant solutions. You will translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, prioritise work to maximise business impact, and lead cross‐functional execution from discovery through to launch and ongoing optimisation. This role suits someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‐on delivery and a strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
* Led discovery activities (data analysis, surveys, customer interviews, market analysis) around a key customer problem identified as part of our strategic pillars, using the insights to help identify and shape opportunities.
* Perform extensive customer research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and incorporate learnings into the design of the product.
* User Growth, Activation & Retention Strategy: Define and implement strategies to grow the user base in alignment with company priorities, focusing on activation and engagement across our B2C customer segment (Frollo for You).
* Onboarding & User Experience: Own and continuously improve the onboarding process for new users, ensuring that they quickly understand the platform's value proposition and achieve key milestones early in their journey.
* Proven experience of being the PM for a successful consumer facing mobile app + Strong track record of taking B2C SaaS products from conceptualisation to successful launch.
* Deep B2C experience, someone who is obsessed with exploring customer needs, and who is deeply customer‐centric, someone who has customer empathy and business acumen - they understand how to balance customer needs with business outcomes and technical constraints.
* Demonstrated success leading cross‐functional design and development teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high‐impact features.
* Proficient in leveraging AI tools for efficiency, managing Atlassian workflows, and utilising analytics platforms to drive data‐informed outcomes.
* Strong background in regulated financial products with a deep understanding of API‐based products, SDKs, and complex integration patterns is desirable but not essential.
