Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to support the daily operations of our store by performing administrative and other tasks. As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of the office and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct daily cash count and balancing, prepare and submit daily bank deposits and review weekly timesheets for payroll processing.
* Develop and maintain accurate employee records, support process improvements and reconcile store expenses.

Requirements:

* Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Good understanding of office administration and finance functions with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
