The Role
As the key brand representative in Melbourne, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships predominantly with architects & interior designers.
The team already have excellent exposure and market positioning with trades, kitchen & bathroom retailers and builders, and this role is the last piece of the puzzle for full market penetration.
This is a highly visible, specification-led role where you'll engage early in the design process, support clients with tailored solutions, and defend specifications.
You'll receive comprehensive product training and ongoing support — but success in this role comes from your energy, presentation, and ability to influence design-led decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the brand ambassador to architects, designers, and builders across SA
* Drive product specifications on high-end residential and commercial projects
* Present premium surface solutions with confidence and credibility
* Identify new opportunities and grow market share through strategic account management
About You
You're commercially savvy, well-presented, and passionate about design and architecture. You understand specification sales and enjoy working closely with creative professionals to bring projects to life.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in specification or building products sales
* Existing relationships within the architecture, interior design, and/or high-end residential builder market
* Experience within stone, surfaces, or decorative interior products (highly regarded)
* Strong presentation skills and confidence engaging with senior design professionals
* Design qualification or formal design education (advantageous)
* Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales targets
* High energy, self-motivated, and driven to build a long-term career
