United Industrial Solutions (UIS) is an Australian owned and operated business specialising in surface preparation and Industrial coatings throughout Western Australia.
UIS maintain purpose built Blasting and Painting facilities in Naval Base and Karratha, Western Australia.
We pride ourselves on providing specialised and quality service to our clients in the resource, energy, infrastructure and mining industries.
Due to the ongoing growth of our business and upcoming projects, we are currently seeking Industrial Painters / Blaster for our Perth facility based in Naval Base.
These roles are expected to be ongoing for the right candidates.
The Role:
The successful candidate will have previous mining/yard experience, and the following range of skills and qualifications:
* Minimum 3 yrs experience as Painter/Blaster (essential)
* Surface preparation qualifications (Advantage)
* Competent with airless and conventional spray painting
* Forklift ticket (Advantage)
* WA Drivers Licence
* A strong commitment to Health and Safety
* A positive attitude with proven work ethic
Be physically fit and able to undertake a mandatory pre-employment medical and/or drug and alcohol testing.
