This business is placed in the top Australian 1000 companies, they have a reputation for excellence for both their products and customer service.
Their head office team including their finance team, is an integral part of their overall success. Due to some extended leave, they are now looking for an accurate and efficient Accounts Payable processing professional to join their, close knit, supportive and friendly team.
The role will report to the Accounts Payable Manager, and will be responsible for
- Processing of high volume invoices
- Matching to PO numbers
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- 3-way matching
To be considered, we are looking for someone who has worked through high volume Accounts Payable invoices or someone who has solid data entry skills with a strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
This is a temporary assignment to commence ASAP for approximately 3 months - which is perfect to see you through Christmas and into the new year
Once you are completely trained, there will be the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week. Parking on site available for the days you are in the office.
