About your duties: Sample collection and preparation Testing of samples and releasing results Routine Microbiology and Chem testing of products Report writing General QA duties General housekeeping duties About you: Diploma/Bachelor of Science in Food, Microbiology, or closely related discipline Some experience in a Microbiology laboratory in the food industry is desirable Understanding of GMP and GLP Team player and a CAN-DO attitude.
