The Clerical Officer provides clerical and administration support and is responsible for the coordination of a range of administrative support activities for the Mid West Gascoyne region.
Responsibilities
Providing reception support including attending to reception duties; answering calls and interacting with stakeholders.
Using Microsoft suite including email, excel spreadsheets and data input into YJS programs.
Prioritising incoming information and correspondence and directing it to the appropriate officer within the branch.
Maintaining accurate and effective correspondence, electronic and physical filing completed in a timely manner.
Other duties as required in accordance with strategic objectives, business plans, local workload priorities and performance planning and development plans.
There are two (2) other admin staff to train and support you in your role, so you won't be alone in starting your new career.
