Your Role: As a Production Operator, you will report to the Shift Supervisor and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless and efficient plant operations. Your contributions will directly support the delivery of products to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all regulations and protocols.
2. Operate complex automated production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
3. Perform production line set ups and change overs for different product runs, minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
4. Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace by adhering to strict Food Safety & GMP standards.
5. Conduct regular quality and food safety checks in adherence to company protocols, identifying areas for improvement.
6. Keep accurate records of production data and promptly report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
7. Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets while maintaining a well-organized work environment.
8. Support in troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime and optimize overall productivity.
About You:
1. You are a reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
2. You are flexible and able to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off schedule, Monday to Sunday.
3. A forklift ticket and/or experience in a food production environment is advantageous but not required; however, a strong problem-solving skillset and proactive attitude are essential.
