About the Role
Are you a digital storyteller with a love for the outdoors? We're on the lookout for a Social Media & Content Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take the lead in crafting creative, scroll-stopping content for some of Australia and New Zealand’s most loved adventure brands.
As our Social Media Content Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing influencer relationships, and supporting eCommerce initiatives through digital storytelling. You’ll play a key role in growing our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging platforms all while connecting with a community of outdoor lovers.
Key responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
•Planning and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms
•Creating compelling video, photo and written content (including using CapCut)
•Managing influencer partnerships and community engagement
•Tracking and reporting campaign performance and audience insights
•Coordinating photo/video shoots to support brand campaigns and launches
•Supporting affiliate marketing through the Rakuten platform
•Collaborating with Product, Creative, and Sales teams to align content with overarching strategy
•Monitoring trends and adapting content plans accordingly
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s creative, organised, and excited by the opportunity to shape how our brands show up online. Ideally, you’ll have:
•3-5 Years experience in a similar digital or content-focused role
•Experience in social media management, digital content creation or marketing
•Strong copywriting skills and an eye for visual storytelling
•Hands-on video editing experience with tools like CapCut or similar
•Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools
•Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects
•A passion for the outdoors and an understanding of lifestyle branding
•Experience with Shopify and Rakuten (a bonus, not a must!)
