Family support is a critical component of our education initiatives. To strengthen this aspect, we are seeking experienced Family Support Coordinators to join our team.
The role involves working closely with teachers and staff to identify child needs and connecting families with essential services such as health and developmental interventions.
About the Role
As a Family Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating access to learning or engagement supports, linking families to external services, and reducing barriers to learning for students.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop strong relationships with teachers and staff to understand child needs and connect families with relevant services.
* Support vulnerable children from diverse backgrounds, including First Nations young persons and those in care.
* Build family capacity to support learning, development, and wellbeing.
* Advocate for vulnerable children and families to address their needs and improve learning outcomes.
