Responsibilities
include:
1. Ownership of the Centre's performance including: staff performance and engagement, revenue and profitability, quality assurance andpliance management
2. Providing customer and member service excellence and be the point of escalation to resolve member enquiries
3. Review, rmend and implement operational improvements to ensure efficient operations
4. Participation in retention, recruitment and selection activities
5. Optimisation and growth of the existing client base
6. Management and monitoring of health, safety and environmentpliance
7. Career development and performance support for staff in accordance with RAC policies and procedures
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.
What are we looking for in you?
Having previous automotive industry experience, you willbine your supportive leadership style demonstrating:
8. Experience coaching and developing staff in a highly engaged environment
9. A sound level of sales and business acumen and proven experience growing an existing client base
10. A high level of both written and verbalmunication and relationship management skills
11. Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
12. Well-developed organisational and planning skills, along with an ability to multi-task
