We're looking for an experienced Architect with a flair for luxury residential and townhouse projects to join a agile and creative team. This is an exciting chance to work on high-end residential developments from concept through to documentation.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading design and documentation for luxury townhouse and residential projects
Collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver detail-focused outcomes
Producing high-quality, presentation-ready drawings using Archicad
What We're Looking For
5–7 years of experience
Proven experience in luxury residential and townhouse projects
Expert-level Archicad skills with BIM workflow experience
Strong knowledge of residential design, materials, and construction detailing
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
