We are seeking an experienced integration tester to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute integration test plans for complex multi-system environments, including APIs, data pipelines, and Azure services.
* Test CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes for integration solutions while maintaining efficiency, reliability, and traceability.
* Oversee the configuration and management of development, testing, and production environments, ensuring they replicate real-world conditions for accurate testing.
* Apply advanced scripting and automation skills using tools such as PowerShell, ARM templates, Bicep, and YAML to streamline deployments and test environments.
* Implement monitoring solutions to track performance, availability, and security of integration solutions, including proactive alerting mechanisms.
* Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enhance software quality, including security testing (SAST and DAST).
* Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, testers, and stakeholders to align practices with program goals and timelines.
* Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation to support audits, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure integration testing adheres to Australian Government security and privacy standards.
Desirable Skills:
* Proven experience in integration testing across cloud-based and hybrid environments.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, and API Management.
* Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins, with hands-on experience in pipeline configuration and test automation.
* Advanced scripting and automation skills, particularly with PowerShell, ARM, Bicep, and YAML.
* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
Requirements:
* Experience with data validation and reconciliation across integrated systems.
* Knowledge of performance and API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
* Familiarity with Micro Focus Fortify, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and AWS.
* Understanding of compliance and security requirements in government or regulated environments.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
