Overview
365 Governance Uplift Program focuses on 3 areas - SAPN's Microsoft 365 environment governance, optimisation of content management processes, and critical content ring-fencing. Their current content management platforms are fragmented and lack standardisation, limiting their ability to support modern ways of working and to safely adopt GenAI capabilities. While the Knowledge Central application (QMS in the past) is built on legacy technology and constrains efficiency, collaboration, and compliance readiness, this program will deliver a targeted uplift by modernising SAPN's Microsoft 365 environment through clear governance, modern content management architecture, and consistent collaboration practices, enabling the ring-fencing controls. It directly addresses key discovery findings to reduce operational and regulatory risk, strengthen information security, and enable teams to work more efficiently and confidently while positioning the organisation to meet future business needs and growth sustainably.
