What You'll Do
* Review
clinical & medical necessity
for authorization cases
* Ensure compliance with
regulatory standards, SOPs & UM protocols
* Apply sound
clinical judgement
on medical appropriateness
* Work with
Milliman guidelines, ICD/CPT codes, managed care, ER/acute care cases
* Train teams, support quality initiatives & manage operational reporting
* Participate in
new project launches
and process enhancements
* Manage documentation, analysis & system navigation with proficiency
What We're Looking For
* BSc/MSc Nursing (Mandatory)
* NCLEX Certified + Active US RN License (Mandatory)
* 5+ years of clinical or UM experience
* Strong US Healthcare knowledge
* Excellent communication skills (No MTI)
* Hands-on with MS Word, Excel & data/quality tools
* Candidates with
Utilization Management
experience preferred
