Join a well established aviation maintenance organisation specialising in aircraft propeller overhaul and repair, based at Bankstown Airport. With decades of operation and strong OEM partnerships, this business is recognised for delivering high quality technical services across a wide range of propeller systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform maintenance, inspection, assembly and disassembly of aircraft propellers
* Conduct repairs and full overhauls across various propeller systems
* Work on brands including Hartzell, McCauley, MT, Sensenich and Hoffman
* Ensure all work meets safety, compliance and quality standards
* Complete documentation and reporting requirements
About You
* AQF Cert IV in Aeroskills or equivalent, or minimum 3 years relevant experience
* Strong experience in propeller overhaul and repair
* Capability to work across fixed pitch and variable pitch systems
* Experience with composite blades and steel hub propellers
* High attention to detail and strong workmanship standards
* Self‐motivated with the ability to work within a team
Desirable
* NDT experience
* Spray painting experience
* End to end propeller rebuild capability
This is a hands‐on role based primarily in Bankstown with minimal travel required.
