Job Title: Property Operations Manager
Guardian Facilities and Property Management Pty ltd seeks an experienced professional to coordinate the upkeep of commercial properties.
* Overseeing routine maintenance tasks, including planned maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
* Liaising with contractors and internal teams for timely work completion in a safe environment.
* Monitoring facilities condition, identifying areas for improvement.
* Ensuring all personnel meet strict safety policy and procedures.
* Maintaining records and documentation on facilities management process.
* Providing support and guidance to clients' personnel as needed.
* Being present during high-risk works on client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and oversee regular maintenance routines.
2. Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely project delivery.
3. Monitor facilities conditions and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Implement and enforce company safety policies.
5. Manage facilities management records and reporting.
