A leading company in the transport industry is seeking an experienced HRBP to oversee the development and management of policies and controlled documents, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.Reporting to the Head of Talent, this role is available for an initial contract until the end of 2025, looking for an immediate start!Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the People Integrated Management SystemDevelop, review, and maintain people policies, standards, and proceduresEnsure compliance with legislative and regulatory changesCollaborate with key stakeholders to align processes with business objectivesDrive continuous improvement through policy analysis and stakeholder engagementAbout You:Tertiary qualification in HR or a related fieldExperience in a similar roleStrong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work with ambiguity and deliver within tight timeframesThis role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on people policies and processes while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
