An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a newly established consumer healthcare business that has recently separated from a global market leader and is embarking on an ambitious growth and transformation journey. With a portfolio of trusted household brands and a significant presence across Australia and New Zealand, the business is building its own standalone supply chain capability and offers the unique opportunity to be part of a pivotal period of change. This 12‐month fixed‐term contract will suit someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where they can contribute, influence outcomes, and help shape future processes.
The Role
As Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing warehousing, inventory, freight, and 3PL operations across the ANZ region. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners, you will support day‐to‐day logistics activities, investigate and resolve operational issues, reconcile inventory, validate invoices, monitor service performance, and develop reporting to drive visibility and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to supply chain projects, support process development, and provide customer service backup during peak periods or team absences.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience within logistics, supply chain, customer supply chain, or operations, ideally gained within FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, or manufacturing environments. You will bring strong analytical capability, advanced Excel skills, exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Dynamics 365, and experience working with warehouses, 3PL providers, or logistics partners. Most importantly, you will be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a business undergoing transformation, where flexibility, problem‐solving, and a continuous improvement mindset are highly valued.
