We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead Oxley Grove Care Community—a vibrant, connected home providing 24/7 nursing care including long-term, dementia, palliative and respite services.
Our Care Community offers a strong sense of belonging through initiatives like intergenerational programs, live-in pets, local fairs, fundraising, book clubs, and more. You'll be leading a multidisciplinary team that makes a genuine difference—every day.

What you'll bring:
* Experience as a General Manager or senior leader in aged care, health, hospitality, or community sectors
* A natural ability to influence culture, engage teams, and lead with heart

* A deep understanding of quality frameworks and regulatory standards
