Job Title
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Education Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers to provide individualised learning support to students in Maths and English, as well as safety programs and social development initiatives.
About the Role
The Education Assistant will contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the classroom environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing individualised learning support to students in Maths and English.
* Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing feedback to teachers on student achievement and progress.
* Supporting the implementation of Personalised Support Plans and Behavioural plans, including intervention programs to support students to achieve learning goals.

We are looking for candidates who possess:
* Demonstrated ability to support the growth and development of diverse learners.
* Professional skills and knowledge in providing intervention programs for Maths and English, safety programs and supporting the social development of students.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to form positive, supportive relationships with students and staff.
