Personal Banking Advisor
Permanent full-time opportunity at Westpac's Caroline Springs branch. You will welcome customers to Westpac, engage in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs, and provide tailored banking solutions both in‐person and over the phone.
Responsibilities
* Welcome customers to Westpac and engage in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs.
* Provide tailored banking solutions using product knowledge.
* Assist customers in achieving financial goals in‐person and over the phone.
* Refer customers to specialised banking teams when necessary.
* Maintain accurate financial transactions, including cash handling and counting.
* Manage challenging situations with calm and composure.
* Achieve sales and referral targets through proactive customer outreach.
Qualifications
* Customer service and sales experience, preferably in a customer‐facing or phone‐based role with targets.
* Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Comfortable with sales/referral targets and calling customers over the phone.
* Numerical capability and proficiency in cash handling and counting.
* Energetic personality and genuine passion for helping people.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
