Our Client
Our client is an internationally recognised green tech powerhouse. With networks around the globe, our client is a leader in the renewables space. There is now an amazing opportunity for a Senior Projects lawyer to join the team in Melbourne.
The Role
This role will suit Senior Projects Lawyers with 7 to 10+ years' experience across energy, infrastructure and/or construction matters. Your responsibilities include:
Providing legal advice and risk assessments on renewable energy project development
Drafting and negotiating wind turbine and battery sale agreements, EPC/O&M contracts
Handling permitting and approvals, and advising on energy-related laws and regulations in Australia
Negotiating a range of agreements and contracts
Providing compliance and regulatory advice
Conducting due diligence for joint ventures, and supporting investment structuring for project development and acquisition
