Key Responsibilities:

* We oversee the onboarding process, supporting people leaders in effectively inducting and orienting new employees.
">
* We manage the contracting process, including employment agreements, employment variations, employee leave, remuneration, and other related employment terms and conditions.
">
* We coach, support, and guide managers to undertake consistent and appropriate performance management processes to promote a high-performance culture and manage underperformance.
">
* We provide expert guidance on the implementation of HR policies and procedures, monitor mandatory compliance requirements, and support managers to address non-compliance.
">
* We work together with management and employees to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and increase retention.
">
* We identify and recommend improvements relating to HR policies and processes to increase operational efficiencies while meeting legislative requirements and adopting industry best practice.
">
* In conjunction with the Group HR Manager, we develop new and review existing people-related policies, procedures, practices, and processes, ensuring alignment to legislative requirements and best practice.

* We provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the business unit on HR issues.

Requirements:
">
* Experience in NDIS/ Aged/ Health Care industry.
">
* 3+ years' experience in a HRBP role and broad HR generalist experience across functions including performance management, organisational development, talent and succession planning, employee relations, change management, and HRIS reporting and systems usage.
">
* Demonstrated planning and execution skills with the ability to deliver change initiatives and lead consultation processes, current knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders comply with obligations and due process.

* Strong influencing, management, team building, negotiation, and communication skills.
">
* Outstanding work ethic and commitment to customer service.
