Keysight Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced ANZ District Sales Manager to lead and grow our business across Australia and New Zealand. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue, managing channel and direct sales, and developing strong customer relationships with key accounts in the electronics test & measurement industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the ANZ sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the ANZ district
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
* Collaborate with regional and global teams on go-to-market strategies
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management via CRM
* Represent Keysight at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (MBA a plus)
* 8–12 years of sales experience in test & measurement, electronics, or a related technology sector, with at least 3–5 years in a people management or sales leadership role
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the ANZ market
* Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams
* Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage at both engineering and executive levels
* Experience managing distributors and/or direct sales teams across the ANZ region
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel extensively across Australia & New Zealand.
