PCH Civil is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our growing team delivering high-quality civil construction projects across Western Australia. About the Role As a Project Engineer, you will coordinate engineering activities on construction projects and support the successful delivery of works in accordance with project specifications, schedules and budgets. You will work closely with Project Managers, supervisors, subcontractors and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating construction engineering activities to ensure project plans are implemented correctly Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation Supporting procurement processes with suppliers and subcontractors Monitoring project progress against program and budget Preparing and maintaining QA/QC documentation including ITPs and ITRs Reviewing subcontractor documentation and ensuring compliance with quality standards Supporting site construction budgets, reporting and project tracking Supervising contractors and assisting with task allocation Monitoring project schedules and identifying potential delays or risks Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders About You To be successful in this role you will have: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural or similar) or Surveying Experience working on civil construction or mining projects Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar What We Offer Opportunity to work on major civil and mining projects Supportive and collaborative team environment Competitive remuneration package Opportunities for career development and progression A company committed to safety, quality and continuous improvement Apply Now If you’re ready to take the next step in your engineering career and be part of a team delivering high-quality civil construction projects, we encourage you to apply.
