The Role: Your Impact from Day One
* Sales Strategy & Performance
o Develop sales strategies to establish Welle as the premium choice in Australian sleep wellness
o Set ambitious targets across 11 launch stores and drive revenue growth from launch
o Analyse market trends and competitor activity to optimise our positioning
o Create sales methodologies that connect product features to customer wellness outcomes
o Recruit and lead your NSW Multisite Manager and store teams
o Build a high-performance culture focussed on customer wellness transformation
o Partner with our Retail Product Manager on product training delivery
o Coach teams to become sleep wellness consultants, not just sales staff
* Operational Excellence
o Ensure flawless execution across all Myer concession locations
o Maintain premium brand standards whilst meeting Myer operational requirements
o Optimise inventory, staffing, and customer experience from launch day
o Drive consistency in our "sleep beautifully, live brilliantly" customer promise
* Strategic Planning & Business Development
o Work directly with CEO on expansion opportunities beyond initial 11 stores
o Represent Welle at industry events and build key stakeholder relationships
o Drive continuous improvement as we establish market presence
o Shape the future direction of Australia''s most innovative sleep brand
What We''re Looking For
* Senior retail sales management with multi-location responsibility
* Proven track record achieving ambitious sales targets in competitive markets
* Experience with big-box retail, furniture, or products that improve quality of life
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data for strategic decisions
* Leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams
