Role Overview

We are looking for a senior NetSuite professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to manage, configure, and optimise our NetSuite environment. This role requires someone who understands how every configuration decision impacts business operations and can bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements across our complex ecosystem of integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

- NetSuite Administration & Configuration:
- Manage all aspects of NetSuite administration, including user management, roles, and permissions
- Configure and customise NetSuite modules to align with business processes
- Understand the business impact of every configuration change, down to individual field values
- Maintain system performance, security, and data integrity across the platform

- Integration Management:

- Oversee NetSuite integrations with e-commerce platforms, Snowflake data warehouse, and 3PL providers
- Manage connections with banking systems and card payment providers
- Monitor data flows between NetSuite and external systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with external vendors

- Development & Customisation:

- Develop custom workflows, scripts (SuiteScript), and automations to streamline business processes
- Create and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards
- Build custom records, fields, and forms to support unique business requirements

- Business Process Optimisation:

- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for NetSuite-driven improvements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and implement process automations that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
- Ensure NetSuite configuration supports compliance and audit requirements

- Support & Maintenance:

- Provide ongoing support for NetSuite users across all business functions
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and optimisations
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and user adoption
- Manage NetSuite release cycles and assess the impact of new features

- Data Management:

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within NetSuite
- Manage data imports, exports, and transformations
- Implement data validation rules and error handling processes
- Support data analytics and reporting initiatives

Essential Requirements

- NetSuite Expertise:
- 5-7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience
- Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, modules, and capabilities
- Proficiency in SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
- Experience with NetSuite integrations and third-party connectors

- Technical Skills:

- Advanced knowledge of NetSuite customisation and development
- Strong SQL skills for saved searches and data analysis
- Experience with RESTlets, web services, and API integrations
- Understanding of database concepts and data modelling

- Business Understanding:

- Deep appreciation for how NetSuite configuration impacts business operations
- Experience with financial processes, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Understanding of e-commerce, retail, or hospitality business models
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and audit processes

- Integration Experience:

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite integration to e-commerce platforms
- Understanding of payment processing and banking integrations
- Experience with data warehouse connections (Snowflake preferred)
- Knowledge of 3PL and logistics system integrations

- Professional Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Solid communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- Project management skills with experience in agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Consultant)
- Broad IT experience across multiple systems and technologies
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or wellness industries
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with change management and user training
- Familiarity with Celigo or other integration platforms
- Understanding of data governance and security best practices

Work Set Up

- WFH
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
