Known for our award-winning designs, attention to detail, and personalised client experience, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth, including the opening of our new South Perth headquarters later this year.
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Role
This is a pivotal role supporting the CEO across both business and personal executive functions. You will become a trusted right-hand person, helping ensure the day-to-day operations of the CEO's schedule, communication, and priorities run seamlessly.
Initially, this role will operate in a hybrid capacity, with flexibility to work remotely and attend meetings, appointments, and the office as required. A dedicated office space will be provided once our new South Perth office is completed.
You will be provided with a company laptop and phone and will play a key role in helping drive efficiency, organisation, and momentum across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Extensive diary and calendar management
* Managing emails, correspondence, and communications on behalf of the CEO
* Coordinating meetings, appointments, events, and travel arrangements
* Preparing meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents
* Taking minutes and following up action items from meetings
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, consultants, and internal staff
* Assisting with project coordination and business administration
* Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Supporting marketing, branding, and general executive tasks where required
* Helping streamline systems, processes, and workflows across the business
* Providing high-level personal assistance support when required
About You
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Professional, polished, and confident in communication
* Proactive and able to anticipate needs before being asked
* Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office, calendars, and digital systems
* Able to multitask and manage competing priorities calmly
* Trustworthy, discreet, and loyal
* Flexible and adaptable within a growing business environment
* Experienced in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or high-level administration role
* Experience within construction, property, design, or luxury brands will be highly regarded but is not essential.
* Work directly alongside the CEO of a respected luxury building company
