BT Strategy and Product designs, manufactures and administers financial platforms & products that enable customers to achieve their financial goals through the accumulation, management and protection of personal wealth.
**How will I help?**
As a Product Manager (Asgard) within the Platform Business Unit, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and ongoing management of all required product management activity within the Asgard Product Management Team.
You will:
- Manage assigned responsibilities relating to the day to day product management of Asgard products
- Understand adviser and customer needs through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Resolution of queries and escalations
- SME support for product development and strategy
- Look for opportunities and deliver productivity enhancements
- Driving and/or supporting delivery of initiatives to increase sales, retention and improve satisfaction on the Asgard platform
- Analysis of the market and competitor products relative to our own to identify new opportunities
- Adherence to policies, procedures and regulation ensuring compliance incidents and breaches are reported and solutions implemented
- Monitor customer experience, complaints and business simplification
- Risk management and effective use of key risk management processes in accordance with frameworks and policies together with laws and regulations: including but not limited to issues management, regulatory relationships, customer complaints.
- Provide support to other business areas on the product suite including product, disclosure, projects, marketing and communications.

**What do I need?**
- Experience in an Assistant Product Manager or Product Manager role within financial services or wealth management industries.
- Knowledge of super, investments and platforms is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment with competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Significant attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong on process, methodology and control environments
- Highly attuned, proactive issue identification and analytical abilities, generating innovative solutions to issues
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to identify and implement fit-for-purpose solutions
