About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Contract Administrator.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Support procurement activities across various projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
* Draft and administer subcontract documentation, including trade packages scope of work.
* Evaluate quotes, negotiate, and provide tender price comparisons and recommendations.
* Manage client and subcontractor RFIs from site and track project expenditure.
* Prepare monthly reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* A genuine passion for the Construction industry and a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field.
* No less than 7 years of Contract Administration experience, preferably in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.
* Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members and proficiency in MS Suite.
* Agile thinking, negotiation skills, and ability to convey complex issues with clarity and ease.
* A meticulous eye for detail and outstanding record-keeping skills.
