About the Role
You'll play a key role in all aspects of the fishing operation, including:
- Watch keeping duties
- Setting and retrieval of hooks
- Processing, stowing, and unloading of catch
- Monitoring supplies (food, bait, fuel, fishing gear, etc.)
- General maintenance and cleaning tasks
What We're Looking For
- Living in Australia with easy reach to Ulladulla, NSW
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Longline fishery
- Hardworking, honest, and reliable attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours (dependent on weather conditions)
- Ability to work well within a small, qualified crew
- Must be willing to participate in random drug testing
Salary
AUD 68,000 - 73,000 per year, depending on experience.
Location
Vessel based in Ulladulla, traveling along the NSW coast.
