Estimator Role
We are seeking a seasoned Estimator to join our Commercial Construction team in Osborne Park. This key position involves providing accurate and timely cost estimates for commercial landscaping tenders ranging from $100K-$10M.
You will leverage your exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills to foster strong relationships with our existing sub-contractors and explore innovative services to deliver to our clients.
* Assess opportunities and qualify future projects for TDL.
* Identify preliminary requirements, take-off quantities, and accurately price all project components to meet project margin targets.
* Prepare detailed quotes and collaborate with sub-contractors to finalise pricing, ensuring all aspects of the project are covered.
* Engage in negotiations with builders, clients, and other stakeholders, managing contract finalisation and ensuring terms are met.
* BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors to support the tendering process and drive ongoing business opportunities.
* Assist in the post-award phase to ensure that variation estimating processes align with estimates and support procurement and resource management.
