To play a pivotal role in shaping the English curriculum and fostering a culture of academic and pastoral excellence. Your capacity to consolidate and propel the existing well-established structures forward will be instrumental in this endeavour. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership management administrative interpersonal and exceptional teaching skills.
Qualifications
* Proven ability to effectively administer a faculty and lead learning;
* Highly effective skilled classroom practitioner with experience teaching English across Stages 4-6;
* Effectively manage and facilitate safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student wellbeing practices;
* Demonstrated ability to apply the colleges Learning Framework effectively while fostering a collaborative and collegial approach;
* Proven capacity to work as an active member of a dynamic professional learning community;
* Have highly developed interpersonal presentation and communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff students parent / carers and community members;
* Align professional learning to the needs of students;
* Developing a climate of excellence;
* Sound pedagogical practices;
* Inspiring students to aspire;
