About the Role
The Child and Youth Support Worker is responsible for providing care to children and young people under guardianship. Their duties include creating a safe environment, building trust-based relationships, supporting daily routines and life skills, and collaborating with a care team to meet each child's individual needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention, Youth Work, or Disability.
* Experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and adults with special needs.
* Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
