Senior Associate - Construction Litigation
Ideally suited to an ambitious back end Construction Lawyer looking to work closely with clients. No micromanagement here! Your passion for Construction will be fostered, there are no blockades to your career development in this supportive team!

What you'll be doing
* Working directly with clients on Dispute Resolution and Project Delivery Advice - you can look forward to project involvement from inception through to completion
* High end disputes work - Supreme Court Litigation, Arbitrations etc.
* Educating clients through interactive sessions
* Collaborate with a large Construction team that is both front and back end capable
* Support and mentor Junior Lawyers
What we're looking for
* Current experience as a Senior Associate (or an Associate or the cusp of Senior Associate) in a specialist Construction firm or team
* Back end Construction experience - dispute resolution (and dispute avoidance)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and a wider national team
* A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and legal developments
