The Opportunity Step into a high-impact Strategy Consultant role where you'll shape digital transformation for leading enterprises. You'll work at the intersection of business and technology - partnering with clients to craft strategic roadmaps powered by AI and emerging innovations. What You'll Own Partner with clients to define digital transformation strategies aligned to their business goals, growth plans, and operational priorities Lead the development of strategic roadmaps powered by AI and emerging technologies, translating vision into actionable plans Assess current operating models and design future-fit capabilities that drive performance, scalability, and innovation Facilitate stakeholder engagement to guide technology solution selection, ensuring alignment with business drivers and transformation goals Conduct fit-gap assessments and validate business requirements to shape solution architecture and delivery plans Recommend enterprise architectures and technology platforms that support long-term transformation and resilience Oversee the delivery of transformation programs, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes Contribute to presales efforts, including RFP responses, client presentations, and solution design with domain expertise and strategic insight Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless transition from strategy to execution, introducing innovative technologies and patterns that differentiate Fusion5's solutions. Core Competencies for Success Strategic Thinking & Commercial Acumen AL & Data Literacy Client-Centricity & Influence Communication & Storytelling Executive Drive Qualifications: 10 years of experience in technology strategy and digital transformation engagements Enterprise Architecture experience, with an understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and ideally conducting Enterprise Architecture transformations Advanced skills in preparing digital strategy, AI strategy, Agentic AI, technical architecture diagrams and solution design documentation Sound familiarity with varying Project Management approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Deep understanding of multiple systems and technologies Proven client pre-sales and relationship-building skills Knowledge and experience in a wide range of applications and technical platforms.
