We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced plumber to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing plumbing and drainage systems to the highest standard, communicating effectively with contractors and colleagues, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Job Responsibilities
* Complete installations from start to finish
* Upload photos, notes, and timesheets into our system
* Ensure high-quality workmanship and a tidy site
* Communicate any delays or issues promptly
* Work collaboratively as part of a small, efficient team
Daily Tasks
* Review schedule and materials required for each job
* Attend regular toolbox talks and safety briefings
* Support junior team members and maintain excellent standards
* Stay aligned with project plans and objectives
Weekly Tasks
* Conduct weekly reviews with the Director to discuss progress and goals
* Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
* Provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance
Requirements
* A qualified plumber with expertise in commercial installations
* A current White Card and WA Driver's Licence
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans
* Excellent communication skills with contractors and colleagues
* Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
* Able to work safely and professionally on-site
* Ambition to grow into leadership roles over time
* Owning your own hand tools and power equipment
