About The Role
This role will support multiple enterprise projects, including TasTAFE's new Student Management System (SMS). It delivers finance system analysis, process mapping, integration support, testing, documentation and data‐related work to ensure TasTAFE's finance function is fully prepared for new and improved digital systems.
Responsibilities
* Leading finance‐related system analysis and modelling gap analysis.
* Mapping current and future state processes and identifying opportunities for workflow improvements.
* Supporting system configuration, integration planning and interface design between The Student Management System, Finance One and other finance systems.
* Developing test plans and contributing to user acceptance testing (UAT) execution.
* Assisting with data migration planning, cleansing, validation and finance master data updates.
* Producing clear documentation, reports and communication materials for stakeholders.
* Building strong relationships across TasTAFE and representing Finance in key project forums.
About You
* Strong, hands‐on TechOne experience.
* Demonstrated expertise in ERP system implementation, finance system configuration and integration.
* High‐level conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to map complex processes across varied systems and to manage competing deadlines.
* Experience across full software implementation life cycles, ideally within a vocational education or public sector environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present high‐level advice.
* Ability to work as part of a team, mentor others and operate effectively in high‐pressure environments.

* Essential: A current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People in Tasmania (or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement).
