Job Responsibilities
* Manage events effectively, enhance guest experiences, control costs, staff accordingly, and maintain brand standards.

Requirements
* Hold a valid working visa in Australia with prior experience in event operations.
* Hold or be eligible to hold a current Approved Manager's Card.
* Strong knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector.
* A record of success in Events, specifically delivering profit, controlling costs, and building customer loyalty.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills to build a winning team.
* Ideal location in the Perth Metropolitan Area.
