We're looking for an experienced
Senior Barista
to join our
Brisbane
team.
This role suits someone who takes pride in both craft and leadership; a barista with strong technical ability, consistency under pressure, and a desire to elevate those around them.
As a key member of the Brisbane FOH team, you'll set the tone for coffee quality, workflow and service standards.
You'll also play a mentoring role, helping train and guide baristas across our Brisbane venues over time.
What the role involves:
Dialling in, preparing and serving coffee to Lune's standards
Leading by example through speed, accuracy, and calm under pressure
Supporting and training other baristas to maintain consistency across venues
Managing coffee bar organisation, equipment maintenance and daily prep
Assisting FOH with service flow, guest interaction, and presentation
Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
We're looking for someone who:
Has at least
2 years' experience
as a barista in a busy café or specialty workplace
Can operate a coffee bar independently and efficiently
Has solid leadership, communication and mentoring skills
Demonstrates initiative, resilience, and a positive attitude
Has full working rights in Australia
