Your role is to ensure each job is scheduled efficiently, communicated clearly, and completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule daily service calls for locksmith technicians
Communicate job details, timelines, and updates to customers and staff
Respond to inbound enquiries with professionalism and urgency
Track job progress and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records, work orders, and billing information
Support the team with administrative tasks and problem-solving

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Experience in scheduling or service coordination (locksmith or trades industry preferred but not required)
