Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate engineer to become a key part of our Urban Development team on the Sunshine Coast. As an Associate Engineer, you'll take charge of a talented group of Engineers, steering them towards delivering outstanding results for a wide array of Clients. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you'll play an essential role in nurturing client relationships and driving business growth throughout the region.

Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree or similar qualification in Civil Engineering
* 6+ years' experience working in Urban Development
* CPEng status and RPEQ
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills for facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and business development opportunities.
* Experience in successfully managing projects meeting Client objectives
* Strong project management skills including managing budgets, maintaining quality and delivering on time.
* Strong background in Urban Development or similar.
